Amanda started with Kellan making desserts for the first few larger events he had in the early stages of Kellan’s Ktchen. Then, business started picking up and he leaned on her incredible work ethic and prep skills to help on a regular basis. Amanda now is a glorified Partner in the business and has taken a number of events on her own. Dubbed the Sorbet Queen, her expertise in the ice cream machine has proved to be an invaluable asset to the Kitchen. She also makes a mean cocktail.
Since she was 16 Marlo knew that she wanted to be involved in the culinary and pastry arts. In 2012 she pursued her passion and completed pastry school in San Francisco. Marlo launched a twice-baked cookie company soon after based on her Grandmother’s beloved secret recipe, called Marlo’s Bakeshop (MarlosBakeshop.com). Marlo’s time spent traveling, living, and most importantly eating around the world, has lent itself to some sweet inspiration when creating seasonal and luxe desserts for her clients. Her specialty is preparing classic and delicious recipes using the superior quality ingredients to ensure that no crumb gets left behind.
Regina has a rich cultural background in all things wine and food thanks to her California upbringing and Spanish heritage. Her knowledge comes from many years in the service and wine industries, extensive world travel, an MBA in Wine Business and professional wine training. She began her career working in the luxury fine dining market of the very competitive San Diego, CA restaurant industry. It was here wherein she discovered that her passion for wine, food and spirits could transform into an incredible journey toward putting great wines into the hands of great people. As a Certified Sommelier (Level II) awarded by the Court of Master Sommelier, and an Advanced Wine & Spirits Certificate recipient from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), Regina brings not only her passion for wine to the table but also a trusted palate worthy of excellent food pairing recommendations.
