Toasted Bar Nuts

- 32 oz Mixed nuts
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup loose packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary, lightly chopped
A classic appetizer thats simple and easy!
Pre-heat Oven to 400*
Spread out nuts on a sheet pan and place into oven for 7-10 minutes. Remove once nuts are hot and lightly toasted.
In a large mixing bowl, place all ingredients along with toasted nuts. Toss well until butter is melted and incorporated with sugar. Nuts should be shiny.
