  • 4 Green Bell Peppers, topped and cored
  • ½ lb Ground Beef
  • ½ lb Ground Pork
  • 1/3 cup Dried long grain rice
  • 3 Shallots, minced
  • 1 4.5oz can Diced tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Dried Thyme
  • ¼ tsp Tabasco
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 3 tbsp shredded Parmesan
