1 White Peach, Sliced into thin wedges
4-6 Slices Prosciutto, cut into thin long strips
4-5 Fresh Basil Leaves, julienned
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Lemon, Zest & Juice
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine Peach slices, olive oil, basil, lemon zest and juice. Toss well. Let sit for 20-30 min.
Wrap each Peach slice with thin strip of prosciutto. Arrange on serving platter and serve!
*optional – top with a pinch of chile lime salt (Tajin)
