Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 8-12 oz fresh pizza dough
- ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 2-3 Slices Prosciutto
- ¼ cup Fennel, julienned
- 1 Fuji Apple, cored and diced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Pizza Dough:
1 Envelope Fast Rising Yeast
3/4 cup Warm Water
1/4 cup White wine
1 tbsp Honey
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
3-4 cups Flour
Preheat oven to 500*
Cut pizza dough into 2 or 3 portions. Roll out dough to around 1/4″ thick, thinner if you can. Place dough on to lightly floured baking sheet. Brush dough with olive oil and put into the oven for 3-4 minutes.
Remove dough from the oven and top evenly with blue cheese, prosciutto, fennel and apples. Place back into the oven for 6-8 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
Remove and let cool slightly before cutting.
Makes 6-8 servings (2 pieces per serving).
