Ingredients
- 1 Dunguness Crab, cracked, cleaned & meat harvested
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 Radish, sliced thin
- 1 Sourdough Baguette
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
The best way to start crab season is with a simple sandwich.
The sauce has been a family tradition for 3 generations. Its so simple, but crazy delicious.
Combine wet ingredients as a dipping sauce/dressing. Construct your sandwich w/ avocado on the bottom & generous portion of crab on top. Lightly dress and top with a few radish slices. Enjoy with a cold beer!
