- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Cup White Wine
- 6-8 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 tbsp +1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- Pasta, ¼ lb dried per serving
- Butter, ½ tbsp per serving (optional)
- Parmesean, 2 tsp grated per serving (optional)
