- 1 Bunch Red Kale
- 1 Can Cannellini White Beans, drained
- 2 Oranges, Segmented and Juice saved for dressing
- 1 Pomegranate, seeded
- 2-3 Ounces Pecorino, shaved
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp Chives, fine diced
- 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
