- 2-3 pounds of chicken pieces, dredged
- 2 leeks
- 4-6 cups chicken stock
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 cup of frozen peas (or any other veggie)
- 10-16oz heavy cream

- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter (cubed)
- 2/4 cup milk (buttermilk if you have)
